I had purchased a lenovo laptop from Kolkata in the year 2020. Over the past couple of months I had been experiencing some issues with my laptop and after repairing it for 2-3 times, lenovo issued me a DOA certificate to replace the laptop. Now, Lenovo wants me to carry the huge sealed laptop box all my myself to the dealer from whom i purchased the laptop and get it replaced.
I live in a different city now and how is this even possible? I cannot carry this in flight and journeying over 48 hours in train carrying this stuff is not possible.
I am getting no help from Lenovo's customer care team.
To top all of this, the dealer is picking up phone calls nor responding to emails. What should i do now? i don't know if the store even exists now or not?
I am a premium warranty holder of Lenovo. This is the way they treat me. I tried calling them several times, dropped several emails, followed up on social media, but didn't get any resolution.
They are not refunding me the money also, so that i can go ahead and buy a new laptop.
This is harrasement in its pure form.
