Dear sir, I have bought a Lenova K power 6 (model no k33a42) on 15/06/17, but i couldn't use because of slot problems. it rectified from your authorized service centre at Payyanur in Kerala.After that it has range problems. As per the receipt no 7657 dt 30/6/17, it has entrusted in your service centre (mob. [protected]) at Kannur for replacing motherboard and will take atleast two weeks to get back. Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 28, 2017 VIVEKKUMAR N's response I am totally disappointment with your services, moreover I have bought lot of things in your online purchase future, I will not refer and completely worthless product which is sold to me.
