Lenovo — Return of my product with 100% money back

I purchased legion 5 pro (s.no. PF33L7LK) which got delivered to me on 1st October 2021. It was defective out of box. The trackpad is not working properly and is irritating. I bought a very expensive product and getting a defective product is very disappointing. Customer care guys are saying that my warranty is depot warranty. And it is but the company needs to understand that warranty is given on properly working product and not on defective product. It is the sole responsibility of the company when the product itself is defective and should act in that manner rather than ordering me to bring the laptop to the service center. Today I went to the service center in Vapi as told by the costumer care guy which is 30kms form my home. But the center had been closed for over three years and my time as well as my money got wasted. Next service center is 100kms away and I am not going there because it is not my fault at all and is the company’s fault. I want to return the product and demand 100% money back. Please initiate it as soon as possible. Otherwise I have no option but to go to the consumer court and Register a Complaint against you and your company.
