This is to bring to your notice about the lenovo phone I have purchased
on 29.12.2014 .Attached is the bill details. The phone is having major
network issues in 3G from the time I started using the phone.For others
who are calling me I will be out of range or switched off.Since i was
working in Goa and I have purchased the same from Kerala i was not able
to give the phone back to the shop.After one month I have given the
phone for repair to shop I have purchased and they asked me to come back
after 2 days.After 2 days when I went back they asked me to collect the
phone after one month.After one and half month I have collected the
phone on date and was still found not working in 3G network.As per my
conversation with the shop people they have told the motherboard has
gone bad and they have changed the same.I checked with shop people how
much I will get for the phone if I go for an exchange for which they
replied 4000.
This mail is for you to notice Lenovo about the issue I am facing in
network and I want it either to be replaced or the money should be
refunded as it is clearly under the warranty term.I have hardly used the
phone for one and half month. I have been calling the shop for
complaining about the phone service for past 1 week they were not
co-operating as in they stopped receiving the call initially and they
finally picked the call just to say we will get back to you.Till now I
have not received any call which forced me to get in touch with you
directly If you are not going to consider any of the above mentioned things within 15 days I
will be forced to go for legal actions.
