I have submitted my phone on 04/08/2015 time 1:47:03 my workorder no VZ/LO/15/01102 in navi mumbai Lenova service center name ( New Tech Solution, 207/ 211, Vardhaman market Opp Andhra Bank Vashi Navi Mumbai tin No .[protected]V), still till date my little problem is not solved . I have visited service center atleast 10 time, they giving only the date tomorrow or 2 days after, Sir Lenova after sales service is very bad, people are not getting their phone from 2 to 3 month
Sir I want to know can 1 service centre use for multi brand smart phone, this service centre is using for other than lenova phone ( like MI, Blackberry etc), they are not providing proper services to Lenova customer, spoling the brand name of Lenova

Request you please it is serious issue for us & lenova brand name
