Dear team lenevo,
This is to inform you that i had purchased lenevo vibe k5 note on 28th jan'17 and till 2nd aug my mobile was working properly.
Now suddenly on 2nd aug'17 evening my mobile got switched off and it was not getting on. The next day i visited lenevo service center at noida sector 10 and after checking they informed me that the mother board of the mobile needs to be changed as it is not working. They took my mobile and gave me a receiving.
On dtd 5th aug'17 i received a call from the service center saying my mobile is ready for pickup as they have resolved the problem.
Now, immediately i went to lenevo service center at sector 10, noida to receive the mobile.
Now comes the actual shock. After getting the mobile i saw that there is some color mark in the display of the mobile. I pointed that problem immediately but the service center guys told me as when i deposited the mobile in switched off mode this problem may be from earlier also.
When i told them there was not any issue with the display of the mobile earlier and as it is within guarantee period it should be replaced by them.
They pointed out slight mark (I could not see that mark in the mobile) on the mobile and said it is physically damaged and it is not covered under gauranee and i have to pay rs. 6000/- for changing the display.
I also found that the speaker of the mobile is also not working properly. It's sound getting distorted on call as well as in the ringing volume.
In my opinio the service center people have changed the display and speaker as the mobile was submitted to them in switched off mode.
Extremely shocked and disappointed by this treatment from lenevo. Was this information helpful? |
