Dear Sir/ Mam,
My self Karthikeyan, on 16th feb 2016 i was gave my mobile (Lenovo K3 Note)to service center for the reason Touch Screen Not working properly, Still they told like that touch not received from HO, it is not my problem, stock is not available, when it wil receive, i will cal u. still wait like that.
on begining they talling it will take 1 week, after that 2 week, now they saying no TAT for this issue.
i made a cal to his customer service :[protected]. they are telling like that we are only support technical issue, this issue only can resolve through service center only. no next level is there.
Jan'16 only i bought my mobile, but more that 15 days they are kept from his hand for this simple reason.
