Lenovo — Service center people taking charges in guarantee period | |||||
Dear sir/mam, This is to inform that i bought a mobile in the month of january 2017 and day before yesterday automatically mobile screen was blank & rest mobile was working properly i was getting incoming or outgoing calls than yesterday i went to lenovo mobile service center they checked and told me there is software problem we will do it after 1 hour they checked and open the mobile than told me there is a screen problem and screen will be change and you will be charge for 1800/-. Now mobile is totally out of order. So i just want to know if mobile in guaranty period than why they are asking for 1800/- charges and i also ask the same in service center they are not giving any proper response and told me "banwana ho toh batao nahi toh mobile le jao". Request you please look into this issue and resolve. Today when i am going to complain online its asking for sr no so i called to your service center and ask about sr no lady pick the call and ask the sr no she told we does have any kind of sr no and drop the call really very rudely talk to me. As lenovo is a multi national company and your executive are not giving proper response. Please find attached scan copy of mobile bill and service center bill which was received. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible i spent 10000/- to bought this mobile because i believe with lenovo. Was this information helpful? | |||||
