Lenovo — Service center Service ( They returned mobile in more damaged condition)

I was facing slow charging issue with my mobile(which was under warranty), so submitted it to lenovo service center on 27th of aug, on the same day got call saying its a case of liquid damage, so u will be charged 1200 as rearing cost.I gave my approval & waited for a week but didn't get any call so tried calling them after many attempts they picked the call (everyone visiting that service center facing the issue that service center guys hardly picks the call) & told me that we will let u know the status by evening EOD, but did't get any call, same thing happen for next 3 days...so finally i visited service center on 8th sep & I came to know that they have not even stared repairing it so i asked them to return it but instead of returning they stared repairing it & told me to wait for 30min, I waited for next 1hr but they were not done with it So they told them to visit next day...so i visited next day but I was shocked by knowing that they even dont know the repairing status, I was very angry so asked them to return ASAP...they returned it, while checking I came to know that now mobile was not even charging (which was earlier).
So i met with the manger & told him the entire case (Call response & damage)he told me to keep mobile for 2-3days n assured me that he will make sure to repair it or atleast try to bring it to earier condition...& took his mobile no..as Service center's no was of no use...
I called him on monday 12sep he told me that its not yet repaired plz come on Wednesday (I waited till 16th sep but didnt get any call from him either) so visited on 17th, the condition was same..mobile was damaged & no one was taking responsibility ...Finally they returned mobile in dead condition saying we are not responsible for any damage during repairing...
My mobile was in service center for more than 20days but got only 1 call that to on first day & returned my mobile in damaged condition.(It was literally mental harassment)...

side by side i decided to file a complaint against service center to Lenovo ...so shooted mail to '[protected]@lenovo.com" on 12th sep...
Got reply on 14th Saying..

Requesting you to kindly share the copy of your invoice and the service report so that we can further investigate on the issue faced."""
I sent him all document on 18th sep...
but dint get any response from them, I mailed him on 19th for acknowledgement ... there after I mailed him everyday (till today) for the action they are taking...but till date no response from them...

My only concern is their response...Which is literally mental harassment...
plz help me out.
