Lenovo — service problem of lenovo vibe k5 note | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that i abhijit singha, used a smart phone lenovo vibe k5 note 64 gb. But within a month phone was totally dead. This phone already is in lenovo authorized service center (Syscomp infosol, bd-79, sector 1, salt lake city, kolkata, west bengal 700064) from 18th aug, 2017. Till date they are saying some technical problem the phone is not ready. They have given a manual job sheet. It's not listed online also. I got only imei no: [protected]this is the main problem, that already 10 days has been gone, but when i want to know what is the status they are not giving response. The engineers knowledge is too poor. So i am writing this letter to you just because if i don't get any response from your side within this week, i will contact to consumer forum. Screen is complete off during every call, when sensor setting is on.second issue is one side speaker not working, there are 2 faults generated after warranty repair of newLCD . Plz corporate to me.
