I have purchased Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop on[protected] vide order No:[protected] & Lenovo Desktop on[protected] vide order No:[protected] for attending B.Tech online classes for my son due to existing pandemic situation.
Due to quality and supply issue both Laptop & Desktop are not working. Laptop is not functioning due to display problem since[protected] and Desktop
Is due to booting problem.

My request for fault rectification from my mobile [protected] to all your service numbers has no result. Request to review for reason.
Due to lack of dedication in fault rectification and due to Product quality issue both my Laptop & Desktop fault rectification is pending since[protected].
Hence Iam requesting you sir, kindly replace both Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop and Lenovo Desktop v530s with same configuration New Laptop & Desktop at the earliest on priority.
