Lenovo Vibe[protected] [Incident:[protected]](5) Hi, I have purchased Lenovo Vibe p1m40 on June 2016 and was using. but recently, i mean from 3 weeks i am getting Ultimate power saving button error and i am not to do any operations. I am missing all my communications and lost all contact numbers along with SD card data also. I have raised request Lenovo Vibe[protected] [Incident:[protected]](5) and following up with them on daily, but there is no proper updates. Kyathi communications --- They have very limited staff and team doesn't know(qualify) how to talk with customers. I am keep on calling from morning, to know the status of my issue, they have not picked up my call. i will share contact details[protected] and my complaint code:- C0017-Freezes / crashes
please let me know the status of my mobile issue.
