I have purchased a smartphone lenovo zuk z1” through amazon on 9th june 2016. After two weeks following problem arising in my handset:
1) hanging problem in handset after attending calls
2) display not working after a call
I have also visited service center:arafat telecom c/o hcladdress:f-5, first floor, amar plaza, ajmer-305001 twice. First time they fixed the problem and assured me that it wont happen again (Dated-12th july) then on14th july 24, 2016 again the same problem arised this is certainly absurd again i went to them and again they fixed the problem assuring the same but yesterday it again got in the trouble.

This is a very formal request to lenovo company to refund my money asap.
I am ready to proceed with any formalities required i. E. Returning the handset or any documentation. I want the action to be taken within 3 days of receiving the complaint. Looking forward for your reply
