Lenovo — Smartphone service issue

I purchased lenovo k4note on 6-3-2016 now some software issue, and i got the phone in your service center chandigarh sec 20d, they replace display, but problem not solved, issue is only bluetooth and hotsport, but now phone not working, same problems and your service executive not support us, i give the phone on[protected], and we want to replace this pice with new one.
