Lenovo — still facing the same issue. | |
I had purchased a lenovo phone (Vibe k5 note). That is under warranty period. And the phone starting to have some issues. Issue-1) the phone sometimes vibrate and sometimes not (When i put the phone on vibrate mode). Issue-2) the phone automatically switches off. Issue-3) the phone is not getting charged. I went to the service center on 5/aug/2017 and they submitted my phone. And on 8/aug/2017 they made a call to me to receive my phone. When i went there the phone was not even switched on and when i switched on the phone that was only 2 % charged. How shame less this is that they people are delivering the phone not in the running condition. And when i switched on the phone the same problem arised. It's not vibrating. It's not getting charged. It's not even getting switched on. Will somebody tell me what to do in this situation. Going to the service center again and again is not possible for me at all. And what's the surprising point is "the phone is not getting switched on". Unhappy with your service. Lenovo seriously disappointed me. Was this information helpful? | |
