I had problem of flashlight phone was in warranty Software update was done by shreeji arcade surat franchise in march 16 to resolve the problem immediatelty after software update i got system update in my phone i talked to enginner there he done something with phone i am not able update my phone getting message boot from CD t today I visited franchise at ramsa tower Surat they asked for 460 rs for software update as franchise has changed Mr.tarik Shaikh talked rudely I am Lenovo mobile customer franchise has changed that not my fault do the needfull
