The tab was shown to the showroom on 8th August they checked and stated there is no issue. we checked again and noticed that the same issue persist. Further adding to it is the lock down criteria and on line class for children. the same was again shown to the showroom and we had requested for replacement but they stated to show in the service center. We had to wait for the children online class to complete to attend the issue of the tab.
when we checked with the service center and he has stated that it cannot be replaced as it is more than two weeks. if the showroom had not informed us and made us wait to complete the stipulated time. we are really unhappy and unsatisfied by both service and showroom persons for not replacing the tab. further to it it will take 5 days for service which would also hamper the on line class. the intended service is not fullfilled with the new tab which is really unsatisfying.
we would like to get the tab replaced with a new one immediately and make necessary arrangement to replace it during this crisis period. looking forward for a swift response on the same.
