Lenovo — taking too much time for repairing at jabalpur service centre | |
I purchased lenovo k5 note on 4 august 2016 everything was working fine but after 10 months phones microphone is not working. The product is under warranty so i go to lenovo service centre at jabalpur they told me that board will be replaced and it will take 15 days (Wtf) i dont think problem is as big as it take so much time. But i hv no other option so i gave it for repairing. And it is 20th day there is no response from that centre i am living without mobile after paying 12000 rs. This is so disgusting...
