In my first case I got my keyboard replaced and after a few days I observed my speaker started giving a cracking and breaking sound and WIFI Kept hanging and disconnecting.
I again opened a new ticket and informed them about Issue. I asked for on Site visit from a technician and review the arrangement inside the laptop while replacing the keyboard in my first case.
Support was very bad and none of them listened to me, and they threatened me that they would discard my case. If did not do the system reset. They made me RESET the Computer and I had to lose all my valuable data.
Even after Resetting my laptop, the speaker did not fix but had some improvement on WIFI.
After all this Customer Support agreed to send Technician on site for resolution. Few days later the technician visited and started fixing the laptop and during the fixing of laptop he found that speaker wires were totally disturbed and were not in place whereas WIFI wires were wrongly fixed in the motherboard port.
I have made a video of this event where a Lenovo technician explained the issue live. The Technician fixed the issue and left.
I received a customer support call after this and explained everything to him and told him not to close the case and put it under observation and give me a feedback link.
Till now no feedback link given and customer support closed the case without my consent.
This irresponsible behavior by customer support threatening to discard case and make people suffer without understanding the issue is not acceptable at all. Was this information helpful? |
