Lenovo — To about charging problem

Dear lenovo team. I have purchaged a lenovo vive k5 phone through flipkart but it having charging issue then I have submitted this in lenovo service centre Sanjay palace Agra, on 04/06/2016 but till to date I did not get any response regarding this. On daily basis I call them but they received call with casual manner and they are not provide info. And disconnected my call and again I tried this but its not connected. Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
