Lenovo — took my laptop and money for 2 months and says that they cannot replace a battery | |||
I have given my laptop for service on 5th october to lenovo official repair center in hyderabad, they took the laptop and said that battery needs to be replaced and took advance of rs 7000, after 2 months on 7th of december they are telling me that the part is not available, i got emails from the center that 4 batteries arrived from their center which were all damaged, i purchased this laptop in 2016 and its very rude to get an answer that its parts are not available, even after taking money from me and assuring that they will fix the issue. During this 2 months i have to leave my laptop in their service center, paid the whole price for the part as well. Even i am not sure if they have created any new problem with the laptop or have diagonised wrongly.
