Lenovo — Touch screen not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Lenovo K3 note on 22/12/2015 vide mobile IMEI No. [protected], with in three months I have faced SIM not detect problem in SIM slot 1, then change to slot 2, working fine,
Now I am facing problem in touch screen not working, I am not able to type single word in key pad and screen automatically blinking and struck, no movement in screen, I need every time off and on the phone,
