Lenovo — TouchPad not working

My phone is facing the third issue in 6 months.
Lenovo is not taking responsibility in the issue.
When i requested for a replacement or refund, they told me they dont have that option.
so that means If i still keep facing problems with my device, i will have to keep on visiing lenovo service center.
The issues im facing now are: Heating issue, Touchpad not working properly, Hanging, Crashing.
Previous issues: Hanging, Headphone jack issue
When i contacted Mr.Sridhara regarding this case, He was only interested in closing the case.
I finally managed to make him speak about it, and finally he asked me to submit my phone in the service center and told me he had contacted them.
when i asked the service center personnals about this, i found out that they dont know anyone named Sridhara.
SUCH IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE LEVELS OF LENOVO.
i HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCTS.

My Lenovo k4 note bought on 26 March 2016 is now suffering from motherboard issue I tried to solve this at service center but not solved as my phone is 3month old is full in warranty period. Then too Lenovo service team said that it will cost you
But it doesn't have any physical damage.
Please take an immediate action
