[Resolved]  Lenovo — Un reasonable Repair Cost

I purchased a Lenovo Tab A 2107 and in thirteen months the piece became non functional. The Tab was switched off on a day and put for charging. The next day Tab couldn't be switched on. I took it to the authorised service center and those guys told me that the board needs to be replaced and it would cost over Rs 7000/-. The cost was 10K and they were quite cool about it. I complained it to the company and escalated it to the service head. Those guys gave me cool, one liners that it would cost that much. The want us to follow repair by replacement as is the case in countries like Japan etc. I met three customers in the service center with the same complaint. The guys at service center just don't like to proceed further. Go for Lenovo Tab if you are ready for such surprised and you can afford it.This is applicable for all Tabs..
