Lenovo — Under warranty service delaying of mobile | |||
Hi, Santosh kalburgi here. I want to submit complaint against Lenovo service centre (RTEL SERVICES, Vadodara, Gujarat, mob- [protected]) and Lenovo company (smartphone). My mobile Lenovo vibe X2 has undergone with the problem of Internal display not working. I have given my mobile to the authorized service centre of Lenovo on 6/8/2016. Now one month has gone but my mobile has not been repaired by service centre and since three weeks they are telling parts approval under process only. They are not giving the proper answer to me. Also i have mailed about this problem to lenovo support centre but they are not giving any answer to me. Toll free no is also not responding. My service order no - SOIN[protected] IMEI no - 1) [protected] 2) [protected] This is second time i have given my mobile for repairing and i have used only 6 days after first repairing in July'16 . My 2 months of the warranty period has gone under reparing. My request to replace with new mobile or refund the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
