Lenovo — Unsatisfied on product & worst service | |||||
Hi lenovo team, Please find attached the below details: Model no: lenovo a5000 date of purchase : 09.01.2016. Rma no: soin[protected] Customer name: m. Aananth. Contact no:[protected] Service center:multiple power systems Symptom: auto power on/off (While inserting a sim card the device automatically restarts, they reflashed rom image still the problem remains same-repeated issue) We visit the service center at coimbatore regarding the issue, they told us that they cant able to provide warranty for the device. They informed us that they cant able to provide warranty for this device because as per their their data available in the website they told me that they cant able to provide warranty for this device. First of all they provided us the normal manual jobsheet on 30.11.2016. After i insist them they provided me a computer generated job sheet. The device is still in service center. Yesterday when i visit the service center for an update about my device, center incharge mr. Sivanantham told me in a rude manner that "cant you able to think like a human, i cant able to provide warranty for the device, you can do whatever you can" and used some un-parliamentary words which i didn't want to mention in this mail. He treated a customer worse than a street dog, even when the device is in warranty I have attached the scanned copy of manual job sheet invoice for date of purchase device back side imei details. computer generated job sheet with rma no. — Was this information helpful? | |||||
