Dear team,

I am using lenovo phone, model vibe k5 note, since using the phone form the first day of buying the handset is not working properly.. Even before completing one year of phone i have to service my handset for 3 times.. I am claiming that company have provide me manufacturing defective item, i claim for the replacement of the same model..

Please get urgent involvement as there are many who are facing the same problem...

Updated by Shah Chaizy i have received a call from company executive, asking me for my Debit Card details... its wrong practice happening... please take care of this thing. I am claiming for my entire money refund for this handset..
