[Resolved]  Lenovo — Very poor quality and service of Lenovo

Hello, I would like to post here my experience with Lenovo, the bad quality provided by them and on top of it even worse services provided by them. I bought a G580 laptop ast year and in past one year it has crashed thrice which clearly states the bad quality provided by them. On top of that after lodging a complaint they do not act on it and take months even after highest escalations in their system. When asked for replacement they did not take any action on it and ignored completely the customer's complaints and now have left me with a defective piece to deal with. Please get me money back and I am stuck with a defective piece here which might crash anytime and then i will have to run to lenovo customer care centers when their service is so bad, attitude is rude and its not even my mistake. Why should I suffer for the bad quality provided by them. I need my money back and do not want to deal with these people any more and also want them to pay for the harrasment levied on me
