Lenovo — Worst Lenovo Mobile service | |||
Last submission date :[protected] I'm getting issue in mobile within 15 days. I have to submit the mobile every 15 days. and Lenovo is taking 15-20 days in repairing the mobile. They are completely cheating their own customer. I submitted the mobile 4 time still no network in my mobile. When i spoke to their senior, they are asking to submit the mobile in service center. Within 3 month, i submitted 4 times of the mobile to service center. I don't want to go service center for submitting again. I want only replacement or refund now. they are not ready to replacement with new one or refund. Need help in getting replacement or refund.
