Lenovo — Worst Service Experience

I have lenovo U410 ideapad and it is under warranty. I submitted to it a service center in Gurgaon and they said that LCD screen and cable need to be replaced and it will take 4-5 days. Now after 5 days when I called, they said that it had not been fixed. We don't have parts available. It will take time and gave me the complaint no and toll free no. When I called them and I told them that I need it before 23rd July 2015 as I have to go to out of India, they said, okay we will fix it on 23rd July 2015. But, when I asked about guaranty, then they cannot. I am really disturbed by Lenovo service. Now I don't know what should do because I need the laptop before 23rd July in perfect condition.
