Lenovo — Worst sevice by lenovo - replacement issue | |||
Very bad customer care service. I have been facing problems since 6 months, but there is no valid response at all. I bought a Lenovo S930 an year ago for 18000, within 4 months I had a problem with battery. I submitted the mobile at "Sri vinayaka electronics, abids, hyderabad" service centre. They replaced the mother board and delivered it back to me in last week of Feb, 2015. And I Have again faced an issue with camera and returned in service center on 4th March, 2015. After 2months, they have responded that they will replace the piece but till now i haven't received any phone and the customer care team had always given false promises for every 2 weeks when i contacted stating that they are not able to get the new piece from lenovo . We have been following up with service center people for every 2days but still the problem persists and this has been more than 1 year that i bought phone but the phone is never with me for more than 4months. This is very bad to Lenovo brand that you are not responding to customers on time with correct and valid response. Please find the contact person (Lenovo Incharge) below who gave false promises to me and made me trouble for these days and unable to tolerate any more and writting this review.
