Lenovo — Yoga 3 - Warranty - Dreadful Service from Lenovo | |||||
Purchased a new Yoga 3 which started switching off & charging problems after a few months. Eventually Lenovo agreed the 6 month old laptop was under warranty & asked for it to be returned for repair. 2 months after return they claim the laptop was not new (was indeed new & supplied by an approved Lenovo outlet) & said they did not have the part to repair the laptop so would return it to me. That was 13 days ago - they have had my laptop for 75 days now & are not replying even though I submitted a formal written complaint! Simply cannot believe how poor the Lenovo service is - DO NOT BUY LENOVO Was this information helpful? | |||||
