Hello,
I purchased my Lenovo laptop on 2/13/20. I don't use it much as I do most work on my phone except for Word documents. I went to type a document and could not power on the laptop. I took it back to Best Buy who said it was likely the battery and they would have to ship back to Lenovo. They charged me $34.95 to do so. I asked the salesman if batteries only last 17 months. He said not usually. I have no idea what your fee will be but I think it should be waived because apparently I bought a lemon. My confirmation number is
