I sent my yoga laptop to be serviced for an obvious issue with the screen. This computer is used by an adult and to flip it over to use the touch screen is rarely used. The screen was opened and there was a small crackle heard. I didn't notice anything until I tried to flip it over to use the touch screen. The hinge appeared to be stuck and pulled apart from the frame. The defect in the hinge put pressure on the glass and the glass splintered. I received a phone call today and they are refusing to cover the repair. Asking for $650 to fix it. I am obviously extremely upset. The laptop is less than 6 months old and is not abused in any way. I would like to have this decision reevaluated by a supervisor immediately. My case # is cqh8hdw. My name is Christine Bushik.
