Lensfit — cheating customers with weird policies | |||
Order OIDLF3569 My registered number [protected] i bought a product from lensfit and iam totally disappointed with the product because the actual product is very different from the images shown in their website and can't return it because of their weird policies. I was fooled by the images shown in the website. Support team denying my return request by saying that product delivered is exactly the same as that which is ordered. Does the return policies give the right to send whatever products that they wish???? Lenskart.com and coolwinks have better return policies . Otherwise it's better to buy from offline, so that atleast u can see and feel the product in real before u purchase it .Worst experience ever. I lost my hard earned money. Please take action against this company because they are cheating customers by showing beautiful product images and sending poor quality products. Lensfit should be closed down, they are cheating customers. I ordered a single vision reading glasses, they sent me bifocal (I do not have distance power in one of the eye). My order clearly says single vision, but they did not respond to my emails. Unfortunately consumer protection has taken a dive in India. I tried to file a complain with https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/, but the website does not work, phone numbers are never connected, chat system shows error and email is not responded. So government does not want to help customer. Facebook has introduced a system where the companies are allowed to ban customers complaining. So, all in all nobody will listen and there is no platform to address our problems.
