Letv Mobile — Repair not done properly and again they are saying it will take 15 days to repair

I gave Letv 1s mobile at Sri Vinayaka Electronics on 20th Sep.Problem was network dropping.
After 25 days, on 15th Oct I went to collect my mobile and found that mobile is in dead state.
Its not at all charging and not able to switch on the phone.
Now again they are saying it will take another 15 days to get it repaired as they have to send it to Bangalore.
This is ridiculous.Phone was in working condition when I gave it to service centre, I don't know what repair they did
but now phone not able to switch on.

I am not sure to whom I complain and who will take the appropriate action.
