Letv mobile 1s having charging problem and it is not switching on. We bought the mobile 1 year before in mumbai and it got charging problem due to hardware issue. So we have given the mobile to the service center in mumbai they returned the mobile after 1 year that too filing a fir against the service center. Dear Sir,
I had purchase new LETV Le Eco1s mobile on Aug 2016 and I faced some problem in it so I handover it to service center located at Vadodara-Gujarat, M/s. Dhara Enterprise, Alkapuri on 25 May 2017, but till date I not received my mobile. While I contacted many time to service center they informed my that parts are not available. There is no any surety when will I receive my mobile.
I am highly disappointed with the service....

I purchased letv 1 s handset thru flipkart on 3/3/2016 and Nov 2016. Since 7 months the phone started malfunctioning like closing all the apps automatically and screen getting hang. I contacted and visited authorised service centre in Bangalore shristht Service on 12th Dec 2016. They took the handset for repair against jobsheet no. JS[protected]. They were not able to rectify and did the reset after that same issue had taken for screen change,...

I gave Letv 1s mobile at Sri Vinayaka Electronics on 20th Sep.Problem was network dropping.
After 25 days, on 15th Oct I went to collect my mobile and found that mobile is in dead state.
Its not at all charging and not able to switch on the phone.
Now again they are saying it will take another 15 days to get it repaired as they have to send it to Bangalore.
This is ridiculous.Phone...
