Letv Mobile — mobile handset pcb repairing

Dear Sir,
I had purchase new LETV Le Eco1s mobile on Aug 2016 and I faced some problem in it so I handover it to service center located at Vadodara-Gujarat, M/s. Dhara Enterprise, Alkapuri on 25 May 2017, but till date I not received my mobile. While I contacted many time to service center they informed my that parts are not available. There is no any surety when will I receive my mobile.
I am highly disappointed with the service. requested to resolve this issue on most priority basis otherwise I have to approach consumer forum.

Hope you can understand my concern.
