Letv — motherboard and battery problem

I bought a phone on 5th december 2016 (Model = letv leeco x821), but within four months my phone got worse. I gave the phone to barasat service center, one month later, they said that the phone had a problem, so the company was sent again (Of course they gave me time 25 days). I went to the service center several times after giving the phone but it has not been fix yet. I have a lot of damage due to lack of phone. So that i get the phone quickly and arrange for it.
