Hi,
Youtube is very slow (almost not working). It shows to upgrade the browser but not able to upgrade the browser. Not able to reach to customer support and not sure how to get the help for this issue. Please help.

I had bought your letv x55 from flipkart in the end of the year 2016. During the purchase i was given 4 years warranty time period. I even checked the service center which are nearer to me (It was in vashi), in case if i face any issues with my device. Now technically i am having facing issues with my t. V, the display is not getting turned on. Later on when i searched for service center in navi mumbai (Maharashtra (Pin code 400614), india), i am unable to find it anywhere in india.
In-fact the website is down too. When i called few of your service centre they told me that its available only for mobile repair. My tv is still in warranty period and i am totally helpless as you guys have no service centre in india.
I even do have the tv box, along with required documents.
You are requested to consider my problem and take the required steps accordingly as soon as possible. You are requested to repair the tv at the earliest to avoid future inconvenience. I hope you will do the needful soon.

I`m getting calls from the numbers which have been blocked by letv phone frequently. I`ve been receiving spam calls especially from those numbers which have been blocked. Even the truecaller in this phone is not working. If this continues i will have to change my sim which i`m not willing to do so. So i request you to help me out with this problem.

I tried create/ login My LeEco account but it`s not successful and it shows no inter net connection but my mobile was connected trans-missed data 1 Mb/s, i could not understand why it shows like that and some times it shows system error. for why it has happened . i am fully irritated and frustrated particularly regarding this issue and expected solution with in a short period.

I had brought your leeco 55" tv
Within 6 months we noticed a line started appearing on the left hand side of the screen, immediately we contacted the dealer and made necessary complaint. After repeated follow up for months, a technical person was sent to us who inspected and took the complain and said we will do the needful and since we were in warranty period he said we should be assured.

It's been more than 6 months we have been trying to locate the dealer your physical service centre, helpline... Every where we have tried contacting but no response.

My complaint number is 22633

Last month my letv mobile not getting charging and i submitted my request (Exyc30071) then pick my mobile and revert with same issue.
I submitted again my request and they give me another request no (Examf30491) and again they said resolved issue but my device has same issue again. I submitted 3rd time my request but again they pick and revert with same issue now i 4th time submitted my request...

Letv not giving proper service be carefully

I bought a phone on 5th december 2016 (Model = letv leeco x821), but within four months my phone got worse. I gave the phone to barasat service center, one month later, they said that the phone had a problem, so the company was sent again (Of course they gave me time 25 days). I went to the service center several times after giving the phone but it has not been fix yet. I have a lot of damage due to lack of phone. So that i get the phone...

Gb (Gold) from amazon on 10.07.2017. But this phone was
Start heating after one month on use of application. My
Phone completely shut down in sept 17 month and not even
Starting on batery charging also. I took the phone to the
Letv customer care at santacruz, mumbai. Where they said the
Phone mother board is not working and it will take 1 month
To replace the mother board. But till 25th oct i have not
Received any communication from customer care for
Replacement of mother board. When i approached to customer
Care on 26th oct they were saying another 1 month will
Require to repair the same. Now yesterday evening they had
Called me and informed me that letv service has been
Completely shut down in india. Now you took back your
Phone.

Kindly help me to resolve the my phone

I have a issue in letv. When i watch in middle of it, it shows super voice often at least for 2sec every time. It is been appearing for every 2 -3 min often.. It is reaaly very difficult to watch tv due to such issue. Pls take this complaint and resolve the issue.

When i went to authorised service shop of letv at nishant infotech, vashi, navi mumbai india, on 24/10/2017 for repairs they refused to take the mobile because the bill did not contain the imei no. Though i am having sr. No. And imei nos with me which are hand written. *only 4 days are left for the warranty to expire. Since then i am in touch with amazon.in customer care and ceo mr. Amit but no help so far. Please ask your authorised service shop of letv at nishant infotech, vashi, navi mumbai to accept the mobile handset for repairs.

I have purchased letv mobile being model lex526, having imei 1:[protected], imei 2:[protected], factory : m2i india electronics private limited, for worth rupees 14200/-
In the month of april 2017. This cell phone has stopped once and then i have handed over it to m/s gego bytes, the mall solan (The letv dealer in solan, distt solan himachal pradesh.)
After a months time the cell phone again stopped taking charging and not working at all.

Kindly requested to replace this product and send me the another set. I can not spend more times to search the services centers of above mobile company as there are rarely available.

I bought letv le 2 phone from lemall for 12000rs
But my phone screen is not working properly and I went to the service center but there is no response they said that letv has stopped supply the parts I called at letv no. But they don't receives company does not responding.
They give me no. But they are not picking.
After 3 months I realized that it is damage.

This is to inform you that i purchased letv 3s max55 television dated 27/08/2016 from lemall.com. The order number is[protected] the imei is c80e77fa799d and the mac/serial number is le176h[protected]. It was installed at my premises.

I was facing display issue with this unit as a blue thin line is there on the screen from upside down. I made a complaint date 26/08/2017 on your tollfree number which is 1-[protected]. After 3 days two persons visited my house, took few pictures of the unit and informed me that they will forward these pictures to the company. These pictures will be checked to confirm the warranty, imei etc. Only after that the issue will be resolved.

It’s been a month and noone has contacted me to resolve the issue. Everytime i call your tollfree number they ask to wait 10-12 days. I think the clock has stopped ticking or they are blind, as everytime they are giving the same timeframe.

I called your customer case many times. I even emailed at [protected]@le.com but everytime they ask me to send the details and nothing is happening so far.

Last time i called on your tollfree number and talked to karan, who told me if your issue is not getting resolved, why you are calling us again and again. I had to abuse her just because of this attitude.

I did not pay 60000 to hear all this. Your website lemall.com/in is not working at all. I am now unable to contact your customer care as they are not picking my call and call is going unanswered. I tried resetting my unit but all in vain.

As i reset my unit, i’m now unable to login to my account as i forgot my password. It asks me to go to a link to reset the password which is also not working.

It’s been more than a month and i’m yet to get a resolution. If you can do anything, please do it at the earliest. I must say that your after sale service is pathetic and i am not going to recommecnd letv to anyone.

I can’t wait anymore. So just take this unit and refund my 60000 which i paid. Else i will start posting on social media and consumer forums. The same will be sent to local news papers as well.

I don’t know how it will be done but i just want my money back.

Actually i got a charging problem in my letv 1s moble in warranty prioed.. Than i go to service canter than thay asked to me whan mobile reparid thay will call me but thay cannot compete my mobile phone and not call me... Please ask some

I have bought le eco mobile through flipcart on september, 2016. But from 25th september of 2017 it stops working as it is not charged. The charger is ok. Due to mishandling it's screen is also cracked and left soft key also not working.in nagpur no service centre is available. Plz guide me so that i can repair the same. Sir i am fed up for this charger issue its not been even 6 months that i have buy this handset and most frustating thing is no one is giving response.
I have wasted more than 500rs for this charger i want better charger and i live in anand now here the service centre is also closed and i dont have time to go to other cities for this thing..

Friends this is a fake website don't post any details they will call and ask your account details and otp and theyvwill took your money. I had already suffered friends. Hello sir, i gave my phone to t touch service center at 23rd june due to some board problem but yet they are not repaired when ever i am asking about my phone status they are extending the time now they tell it tools another 1 month time to get ready is there any legal way to take action please help me they are not responding me properly even they are not providing t touch service center contact no. I given let tv le eco rose gold module in june 19 at hcl touch begumpet they send my phone to letv main service center till date my phone is not repaired i don't know what they are doing if relating is not possible then change new pcb or refund my money or new peice but they are not doing and wasting my time and warranty period therefore this is finnal and last reminder then after i will proceed legally...

But after 4 months after the phone was shut down, i got it in 100 days in the service center given in the service center, but still the phone is not recovering. Please help me. My job sheet no. Their was a very minor problem in my device ofa automatic on off
They tell me that by 14 august they will gave me the mobile.
But i called them on 14 august but they said that it will take 20 days more.

I have purchased letv max2 model from lemall last october. I faced issue with sim card detection last may and mobile is in warranty period so i have given mobile in letv service center with job sheet no. I wish to inform you that i've complained several times for my issue of display in my letv x526 mobile. I put my phone on charging and suddenly its screen went off and there was no display on it. And then i went to your service centre and they refuse to replace my display as they were saying it was a pressure damage. And after that i told that costumer care executive that file my complaint then he start talking agressively and started using rough and unrelaible language. And i went several times to your costumer care centre but there was no resolution available for my problem. Now, kindly look into the matter otherwise i'm going to take a legal action against you.
