My phone letv leeco le 1s is not working properly but most important its screen is coming out its not stick to back side but coming out its working slow also the calls are not made on time sometimes its get hang. The screen is separated from sides and the internal part is visible and light coming from there. I have bought it only 3 monts earlier and now its start creating problems if i had came to knew it earlier i would never buy it its not good phone please repair my phone contact me my no. This mobile not capture a range this mobile creating various type of problem in short ramge problem in poor network area
Your service center of Jaipur is not repair my phone in 30 days. and he say me my phone repair in next 30 days. What is this?
Your service center service is totally rooted.

    I have submitted my Le X526 on[protected] at HCL Touch Jaipur. The jobsheet number is JS[protected]. I have not received the answer till today. I am facing charging issue. It's not getting the charge and unable to switch it on as the battery completely drained. It's really an irritating Customer Care at HCL Touch is unable to deliver my phone.
    Please Solve my problem and deliver my phone asap.

        Dear sir,
        I had purchase new letv mobile on 28 sep 2016 and i faced some problem in it so i handover it to service centre located at rohini, new delhi on 28 june 2017, but till date i not received my mobile. While i contacted to service centre they informed my that parts are not available. There is no any surety when will i receive my mobile.
        I am highly disappointed with the service. Requested to resolve this issue on most priority basis otherwise i have to approach consumer forum.

        Hope you can understand my concern.

          Have bought 17th dec 2016 below product

          From the day one levideo was not working and customer care team gave excuses and getting promise postponed till june. Suddenly new software been updated in july and levideo folder got removed but this was impacted live channels clarity and also voice distractions of my local connections. Lodged a complaint 3 weeks ago and they said shall update but no response comes to mail or on call. When called first person takes the call and able to check my details and updates some technical issues but not sure when it gets updated and during discussion he will act like not getting from you and disconnects. Again called some one called durga lifts the call and says server problem unable to see your details call tomorrow. Same repeats every day today also same happened second time one more lady alish lifts the phone and says server problem and call monday. This is keeps postponing without any resolution and tv kept at home like showcase piece. This is not expected from letv team. Customer care team least bothers even if i say shall complain to consumer forum. They say do it no problem. Such a bold answers are coming from them. We should boycott these kind of brands in india if they are not technically capable to resolve the issues and does only sales without any services. Or govt should take serious action against these people putting their brands in india. Have requested roll back the software to back to normal that also they are not doing so that i have not faced any technical issues till date after the purchase. Good working condition model they have spoiled with some faulty codes.

              I bought a letv le2 earlier this year and one day suddenly it's finger print stopped working so i took it to the nearest service centre they said it will be repaired within 10 days and from since then i kept on calling and they kept on saying it has been not gone through pcb, just waiting for pcb and now it's been a month.                 I bought le2 and the promblem in my mobile is charging slow and not charging not shown in off mode. So i submitted my mobile in hi tech mobile gwalior, m. P (Authorised service centre of le tv) and they were saying that mobile will repair in under one months and job sheet no is - js[protected] and my name is sourabh gupta contact no. Is [protected] and contacted recently they saying it will take another 1-2 months because parts are not come by company how are the irresponsible they i wanted to change my mobile or repair my mobile.                 Help me sir I have come back twice to the service center and they have given me the answer That you go sir you change your data cable, the data cable will be spoiled but not just one month data cable runs then after that isseu comes again Please give me my phone right I thought that the company's phone is very good but it not good

                    Hello this is the worst experience which i can't accept in my handset there was display issue so from your dadar service center the handset got repair for this it took one month but the handset was not repaired properly so i went again to dadar service center they repaired the handset but than also it was not repaired properly so when i went again to dadar they informed me to visit santa cruz so i went there now after a month they are telling that the display in the handset is not original so the handset warranty is expired so unable to repair the handset.. So i want the ask the question to ceo of letv that this is how you cheat people..in your asc service center only the handset continuous repaired than how you can say the handset display is duplicate it means in your service center you are doing fraud activities. And your santa cruz service informing me again to go to dadar asc this is the only work is left do you people think that to hrass me by sending from one asc to other.. If this issue will not get resolve i will not leave you... People the handset was taken from my hard earned money its not free..                       I am a Letv customer, I have a LE2 Letv mobile. My phone diagnosed a problem of charging slot and also the charger with the phone is not working. It's been a week this problem has been occurring and I rushed towards the nearest Letv service center in pune. I registered a complaint there but they unresponded. Also the phone is in a warranty period but the service center refused to take in warranty. I want a replacement of the phone or need a servicing which will eliminate the problem completely. Also I need the replacement of the charger along with the phone. Do not take me for granted or else I will handle this matter legally. I am attaching the invoice copy of the order.

                            I have submitted my letv leeco le2 handset in service centre 15 days before for change of motherboard and it has still not came. The people there told that the company is delaying so even they can't do anything. Even the number of customer care is not reachable. Change of mother board shuldn't take much time. It is the worst service i have received in my life. And i will never suggest anyone to buy letv product.
                            Kindly concerned authority do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I bought letv 2 on 18th december 2016, and on 15th may 2017 it got dead, on same day i deposited same to the service station of letv. They asked to wait for 10days, and after 10 days i contacted them and they said you have to wait more, from then to now they are keep saying just wait for more days. I call them in the gap of couple of days and they keep wasting time. Their voice tone shows they are not even interested in providing services. Pathetic and poorest services by letv.

                                    This is purnima shrivastava from bilaspur chhattisgarh. I bought le2mobile from flipkart 8 months bck. Since 5days battery is not getting charged. Called customer care they assured that within a week company will have its service centre in bilaspur. I called after 3 days they saying its not sure. I enquired about other possibilities then they saying either visit service centre (Which is far) or buy new mobile. This is called customer care??? Or while purchasing they say all will be take care of but when needed they give blunt reply. Kindly look into the matter and helpout.

                                        Last november I purchased LEe co letv 64 gb phone worth rs 14700/-.
                                        and now i am facing the issue with the charger port of my mobile. When i contacted the service centre they said the company is closed so the service centers are shutdowned before three months. And now i repaired at my cost of rs 1300/- even i have remaining 6 months warranty. What is this policy..? If you cant get the service done why did they launch a product like this? and this is a clear case of cheating customers. What is the solution for this from your side? or is it necessary to move via consumer court. Please respond as soon as possible...

                                          I am bharath from tamil nadu. I bought letv le 1s on flipkart one year back. Suddenly my battery becomes bigger and bigger and its break's my mobile display. I i changed my battery and now it becomes very very hot even phone is kept ideal. Battery also drains very fast even it's on work or not. So i need a service centre to my letv le 1s. Date (18.5.2017)

                                            I'm from chittorgarh, rajasthan and i gave my mobile model: lex507 jobheet no. Js[protected], customer name : parasal jain phone [protected] on 1 april 2017, reported fault was hitting problem.
                                            Untill today i'm getting no response from care of letv (Ambe telecom chittorgarh 10a meera market chittorgarh) as well as from company.
                                            Please help me for solving this problem.

                                              Hello.. I submited my letv eco 1s phone in service center karnal for an issue dated april 29, 2017... They gave me time one week tk return back it or update you for any query.. Bt till today nothing i know what the action is done. They not give me any standby phone to manage. And when i call nothing is satishfaction. Plz conact me as soon as possible...

                                                I purchased letv 1s (Eco) by flipcart on 22aug, 16
                                                But after sometime​i i face;-heating problem, network problem, brightness problem and now i'm facing a major problem of letv 1s (Eco).

                                                I called to flipcart assistance or letv company customer assistance lots of time but they didn't even connect my call to customer assistant officer n cut my call.

                                                As we know smartphone is the main part of life...
                                                Because everything is in my smartphone.
                                                So i would like to say that kindly help me and satisfy to me.
                                                Because in policy both company strongly says that they will help their customers 24hourse bit all information and promises are wrong.

                                                I would file a complaint against flipcart also because when letv stoped their customer assistance and everything in india so why flipcart is selling the smartphones of letv company?

                                                Kindly consern on my case.

                                                I would like to tell you that i previously registered a complaint also here against letv or flipcart but that was cancel due to lack of documents and information.

                                                I have benn facing this problem since jan, 2017.

                                                I'll be very very grateful to you..
                                                I give my mobile for service on 10/2... Mobile dealer said to give mobile return on within 1 month...but still i don't have my mobile back...& always giving me nxt date... & not giving answer also properly...so now what to do abt this problem...

                                                  I have a letv device (Le 1s eco). The device automatically goes in dead condition so i submitted my device in service center because my phone is in warranty period. After 15-20 days (Approximately) call him but they cannot repaired my device & said that they need some more time to repair it. They are taking too much time to respond. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                                      I have purchased letv le 1s since 11 months back from www.flipkart.com.
                                                      Mobile having screen issues. I have showed to brivali (W) service centre. After 2 hours of service, mobile having same issues.
                                                      Letv company providing very poor service. Please look into this issues asap.
                                                      Guys, please never buy this worse product.
                                                      Mobile having heating issue on use ad charging also.

                                                        Worst service center in hyderabad, which was i never see in my life, i was given my mobile last three months back till now they said there is no spare parts available, what is going on???

                                                        There is no response in customer care center, that lady lifting the phone and said please do call on my boss no [protected], and he did not lift the phone anytime, if there is no spares in company then why new mobile selling now, please stop the production immediately that type of mobiles.

                                                          I have given the LEtv mobile for repairing display problem more than 02 months. I have hand over the mobile to the selective Franchise at Coimbatore on 11.02.2017. More than two months I have not received the mobile till the date i.e.13.04.2017. What is going on there? Please tell me whether the phone problem has rectified or not? / are you returned the same or not. If i will not get within this week i will make another move to get the mobile / or return the money as early as possible.

                                                            I bought LETV max 2 mobile before 5 month. But i had a problem As below mention
                                                            1. Hanging problem ( some time mobile will hang)
                                                            2. Heating problem( too much heating at the time of charging as well using)
                                                            3. Beterry problem( not working more than 9 hours​ in a day).

                                                            Kindly suggest on the same and do the needful because.
