Levi's India — damage top | |||
Hi team, On 10th nov'18 i have buy a tshirt of rs. 2799. Due to bed product quality on 13th nov'18 i returned that product (Levi's showroom in fun mall) lucknow utter pradeh. Expect providing any credit note or replacement of that product they given me a receipt and said will confirm you in a week. After a week they contact and when i went there they try to giving me more damaged product. When i denied to accept that product customer care started misbehaving with me. So, i back tshirt and yet not recieved any update from levis team. I am hopping by this mail, my problem will get resolved soon. If still my issue not get resolved then i'll go to consumer forum because the way your team mis behave with me, was not tolerable.
