Levi's India — jeans got turned/damaged by itself

I have purchased a Levis jeans 4 months ago from Levis db mall store Bhopal (M. P), but the jeans got turned/damaged by itself. I am very much unsatisfied by the product the purchased since i spend more than 3000 rupees for it and i not able to use it for even more than 4 months.
