Levi's India — Levis jeans | |||
I have bought a levis jeans from Shoppers Stop Shipra Mall at full price on 22/10/2016. Soon after a couple of months, the jeans has started to get fade (whitish) and it looks awful now. I have tried to reach out to shoppers stop customer care desk but they said the warranty period is only 3 months. But, for a full-priced branded jeans from branded store, I do not expect such reaction. Please look into the issue and take appropriate action. The jean seems fake to me altogether.
