I had bought a redlook linen shirt from a franchise in Bangalore on around 15th Dec 2017. Unfortunately, the stitch of the shirt got teared due to poor quality.

As Levi's is one of the reputed company and provide good customer service, I went to one of the franchise in Mangalore located at City Center and did raised a complaint on the product.

Unfortunately, the I haven't received good feedback from the franchiser and asked me to contact the franchise where I had bought the shirt. Which is located 350 km from my home town

Kindly advise me how we can short this out.

Updated by Abdul Ravoof My name is abdul ravoof, i am a mangalorean. I am writing this complaint for the second time as there is not proper channel to reach the company.
I had bought a levi's redlook linen shirt from one of the outlet in commercial street bangalore on dec 2017.
But now the shirt got teared because of poor quality. Now i went one of the levis franchisee in mangalore to raise a complaint about the product. Unfortunately the store man refusedies to take the complaint and he require me to previse the hard copy of the bill though the loop records are available in his system. He asked me on contact the franchise where i had bought the shirt.
If this is the service levis provides to its customer, apologies bit i have only stop buying it and i have spread the awareness not to buy levis products anymore.
Kindly let me know if you can sort out the issue.
