We purchased three pants from the Levi's showroom at Kottivakkam, Chennai on Jan 10, 2018. Out of three, two were fine and no complaints at all. But one pant, we bought for my wife, she used it for the first time in the first week of November last year, it tore during work hours when she bents down. She somehow managed the situation, as she wore long kurthi on that day. We went to the store for a replacement, they said that they can replace it at the store if it is within six months. They asked us to contact the customer support ([protected]@levi.com).
After reaching the customer support, I got the below reply on Nov 12, 2018.

Please know that we are terribly sorry for the product you purchased from our store in Chennai and the situation will be followed up on the greatest of consideration. I know how frustrating it is to have to go through this.
Due to employee confidentiality, we will not be able to notify you of the resolution; however, the situation will not be overlooked.
We have logged a ticket with regards to your request and the case has been assigned to the regional team (Case # 5223).
Once again, your comments are truly appreciated and we offer you our sincere apologies.
