[Resolved]  Levi's India — Sale tactics - no response from customer care

Order - 1074703

Products were clearly showing to be eligible for return but as soon as I placed the order soon after that option just changed to Exchange only. I have ordered 2 sizes to keep the best fit me. Now I am struggling to return the other one as no option is showing on app and more importantly no one from customer care is responding to any emails nor their customer care number is responsive.

Is this a sale tactic?
