I bought an item from levis online website. I wanted to return it but after Missing one return pick up I wasnt scheduled for another pick up and there's no response at all from customer care service I have made around 100 calls and mails but they don't reply l.

I returned my product on 27th nov. Order number for the same is IND[protected]. But refund is not credited yet. I mailed the company many times but they are not replying. the amount for the jeans was RS 3539.
I have acknowledgement of pick-up done also

They are not receiving coustmers and they are spoke in a rude way.That was really bad experience for me.I didn't faced this type of situation in any of my experience. It was totally wrong way to speak with coustmers.please take action on them. It is very serious that I wanna register a police complaint on them .

I've ordered 4 items from the Levi's website and got only 3 of them in a single package. Waited for the 4th one but it is showing as 'delivered' in the order section. I wrote an email to the customer care. They have audacity to tell me that I haven't responded to their email when it was me kept writing emails asking about updates. My order is prepaid so, my money is gone and no product or atleast update from them. Worst customer care possible!!...

I placed an order with the Levis Website the payment was processed but they show the order was unsuccessful. I raised a concern with Levi's about the order, they mentioned that it would be refunded within 7-10 Days. Today is the 13th Day I have not received any refund yet. I tried to reach customer care, but they are not responding.

Hi sir,
I ordered jeans, returned them and requested for refund. I got mail from Levi's for bank details but didn't accept it shows a response is required even though I put all the details.
Please let me know if there are any other steps regarding specific bank details I will provide.

It’s been a month these people haven’t refunded me my money I’m fed up of posting complaints and sending emails ! These losers have stop responding! They took the product and never refunded me and no longer they respond to my emails ! Earlier they said multiple times we’ll give you your refund but never did ! My order id is IND[protected] and I’m done ! I’ll keep posting till I get my refund or I’ll lodge a police complaint against these losers

These people took my product back around 30july and never refunded me despite taking my bank details ! They have called me multiple times saying we are working on it and you’ll get your refund in a week but they did nothing ! These people are thieves and jerks and deserve to be held accountable ! Someone’s contacted me from the number +[protected] on 21 august saying I’ll get my refund and the silvery guy forgot to register my refund but now it’s September and I still don’t have my money back ! I want to sue these people so bad ! They are thieves and loosers and incompetent in every form ! They don’t deserve to have a job and should be fired ! These people are the most incompetent people in the world ! I have all the receipts and I’m attaching them ! They don’t pick calls and reply to emails ! These incompetent people have ignored all my requests ! My order id is IND[protected] and I’ll sue you just wait and watch illiterate incompetent people

These people said that the pickup company didn’t record my pickup but now it has been and that they will refund me but now it’s been a week ! There’s been no refund and as usual they don’t pick up calls and reply to msgs ! These people are petty thieves and will contact my lawyer now to make sure I sue them ! They have one of the worst customer cares in the world ! These people are big time looser please never buy from their website...

These people picked up my product and never refunded me ! They marked it as not recieved and when I complained they sent someone again and then marked it as not recieved and have already sent me emails saying they r have received it and asked for my bank details and never refunded me ! So now they are not even responding to my emails and have marked the product as not received although I already returned it on 31 July ! They probable lost...

I’ve returned a T-shirt I brought a month ago these people marked it as not returned ! Took my bank details said i will get my refund and one month later they haven’t refunded me and marked my product as not recieved ! When I complained said I’ll get my refund but nothing happened and sent someone to pick up again even though I’ve already returned it now they don’t reply to my emails and have basically lost the product I returned...

Since then I have been emailing to Levi's Customer support to know status on my refund which I haven't received yet. Customer support also not responding to my email.

My order id is IND[protected] and I placed a return request for this item, the return request is approved but no one came to pick up the item even after a week. No customer care is responding to calls or emails. Please get this matter resolved.

I placed a return request for the online order#IND[protected] but no one came to pick up the item even after 6 days. No response from customer support.

I have purchased 3 jeans for a total amount of 14, 699 and the discount was 2, 000 so the total amount that I have to pay is 12, 699. The person at the billing counter (cashier id:[protected]) told me to purchase another item so I can get 2, 750 discount and I will get a discount of 2, 000 on other two jeans. At that time, the person did not make it clear that even after the adding another item the bill will still be 14, 699. So the new item is discounted in a tricky manner because the bill amount I paid was still the same i.e. 14, 699.

The bill shows I saved 2750 but if I haven't added the item of 2699 then I would have paid 12, 699. Adding the new product made the total amount no different.

My whole experience with Levis has been ruined.

I no longer want the items that I bought.

I am writing this mail within 2 hours of making the in store purchase.

When I asked to return the products within 1 hour after purchase both store sales person and customer care denied the return or refund.

Now I feel scammed. Money is wasted. There is no resolution which I would like for this horrible experience at the levis store.

The bill does not show return but the exchange of the products bought. I couldn't find details on how to return the products bought from their store in India. Although levis.com return policy says that items bought in store can be returned but the same is not even mentioned on levis.in website. So this feels like bigger scam happening in India only by levis.

I received a message from Levi’s that on my birthday they have given a credit of 500 rewards points and by total balance is 1100+ using which I can shop at nearest levis showroom. There was no mention of T&C or any others conditions. When I visited the shop and picket up boxer shorts and went to billing, the billing person along with two other people over phone denied me the product claiming it’s an accessory and I can use rewards to buy. When I showed them the message they never seemed to be bothered about what’s in the message but kept repeating they cannot give the product as per the policy. After more than 20 mts of discussion and debate they never accepted and kept talking about the policy but not about the contents of their campaign message and their inability to put up a board on what items the reward point redemption is applicable. Waste of time and energy and came back with frustration on what was supposed to be a fun filled birthday. After a decade of being a Levi’s customer it was horrible listening to stupid arguments of the shop keepers and the useless people over phone. This is LEVIS phoenix market city Bangalore
