LG AC — LG Split AC - Installation delay and confusion / no response from service department after full payment for the services | |||
We bought a LG AC this Sunday(5/24/2015) and the product got delivered on tuesday(5/26/2015). Installatoin people messaged us on monday itself that they would come and install. but when we tried to reach them or customer care there is no progress. despite of paying full amount, we have not received any ontime service from LG service. On top of we kept calling tem by all means but in vain. what a pathetic service, can't they call and confirm by when they can install so that the buyer will not be wasting money/time for following up. I bought a LG AC from great estern Guwahati on 16/03/2022 and no installation is done till now
I have purchased a LG split AC from Bajaj Electronics Suncity, Hyderabad vide inv No 1246/22/S-292 dated 2/4/2022 and ac got delivered on the same day. But as on today 6.4.2022, no one has turned up from LG for installation and it is almost 4 days AC is in the same position. Their agent is calling but no one is coming for installation. Their service is utmost poor and not co-ordinated well. I regret my decision of purchasing LG AC.
