LG Dishwasher — Machine not working properly till now

We bought a new machine on 23/05/2015 still machine was not working properly .Many time we called the customer care the engineer was coming and going but no effect made by them .We are the valuable customer but you are not caring about us .We sent emails, Complaints still no effect from your side but no effect from your side, but we also give a letter for refund of money.So refund our money
We send complaints in writtens on 15/02/2016, still no answer
